How to add departments?

Follow the steps below to add departments:
1. Go to your Livechat dashboard and click on the Agent icon in the navigation menu.
2. Click on Department and you will be redirected to the Departments section.
3. To add a department, click on the Add Departments button.
4. Enter Name, Description, and select an Agent. After providing the details, click on Add.
5. Once added, your department will appear here.
