If your app was recently removed or suspended from Google play store due to following Reason:

REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy.

You need to first do some introspection on your app and see if you are using some objectionable content on your app which might be IPR be of someone else then you need to get rid of that content or images from within your App, App description & Screenshots and then resubmit the same, if your app is in good standing then app will go live again. However if you believe your app was removed by error as you own the IPR then you can file an appeal using the below link https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/troubleshooter/2993242?rd=1 and tell Google about the same as they might revoke the suspension and give your opportunity to republish your app.
